What is the difference between a Frame Style Tent and a Pole Style Tent?

Frame style tents are completely open underneath and are more flexible in where they an be installed (in parking lots, patios, etc.).

Pole Tents have one or a few supporting poles in the middle of the tent from the ground to the peak. These must be staked into the ground as they rely on tension to support the tent, but are less expensive per square foot and can come in much larger sizes than Frame tents. The poles may affect layout possibilities and dance floor sizes.
